During this meeting, the agent walks the tenant through each step of the rental journey—from understanding their needs, setting up a customized property search, scheduling showings, and navigating the application process, to negotiating lease terms and coordinating closing details. The presentation also highlights tools and services used along the way, such as access to MLS listings, digital document signing, and timely communication. By the end of the presentation, the tenant understands the roadmap ahead and feels confident they’re in good hands.
