# Buyer Transaction Forms

**The following forms are needed to be compliant in a trade representing a Buyer;**

- [ ] Reco Information Brochure
- [ ] Buyer Designated Representation Agreement
- [ ] Confirmation of Co-op and Representation
- [ ] Agreement of Purchase and Sale
- [ ] Copy of Property Listing
- [ ] Agent Sales Info Sheet
- [ ] Waivers and/or Fulfilments
- [ ] Deposit Receipt
- [ ] Receipt of Funds - Fintrac
- [ ] Individual Information Record(s)- Fintrac (for each Buyer)
- [ ] Signed Trade Record Sheet

**Other forms may be need if they apply**

- [ ] Registrant Disclosure of interest - Acquisition of Property (if selling a personal property)
- [ ] Form 127 - Conditions in offer (if you are not including an important condition)
- [ ] Buyer Not-Non Canadian Warranty
- [ ] Multiple Representation Seller Acknowledgment
