Buyer Transaction Forms

The following forms are needed to be compliant in a trade representing a Buyer;

• Reco Information Brochure 
• Buyer Designated Representation Agreement 
• Confirmation of Co-op and Representation 
• Agreement of Purchase and Sale 
• Copy of Property Listing
• Agent Sales Info Sheet 
• Waivers and/or Fulfilments 
• Deposit Receipt 
• Receipt of Funds - Fintrac
• Individual Information Record(s)- Fintrac (for each Buyer)
• Signed Trade Record Sheet

Other forms may be need if they apply 

• Registrant Disclosure of interest - Acquisition  of Property (if selling a personal property) 
• Form 127 - Conditions in offer (if you are not including an important condition)
• Buyer Not-Non Canadian Warranty 
• Multiple Representation Seller Acknowledgment
